Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility that works to deal with substance abuse issues and psychological problems which may possibly be co-occurring. In a PHP program, the treatment client in rehabilitation participates in various rehabilitation activities and methods during the day and then leaves in the evening. This is carried out several days per week, all dependent on the severity of the problem. Partial Hospitalization can be beneficial for drug addicted persons in Crockett who are unable to afford long-term inpatient rehab, or for treatment clients who are unable to be apart from their families for extended periods of time.
