Criminal justice clients are a large portion of clientele who are currently taking part in alcohol and drug rehab centers in Elgin and in the USA. Court systems around the country are finding it more helpful to treat individuals who have found their way into the court system for drug related crimes, rather than penalizing them to no avail with time in jail and other penalties. It has proven more successful to deal with the trouble of addiction directly, rather than enforce such penalties.
